All Information You'll Ever Need Seriously, this is a lot of Info PERSONALITY This hot-headed Demon was aggressive, dominant and always willing to take on any challenge in order for them to achieve their goal of spreading hatred to other people. They are determined and stubborn, and will pursue any dream. On top of that they are merciless to their enemies. Despite their weakness at times, they will always make their enemies suffer in any way possible and just by existing. As a mortal, Kii is a bit more somber, defeated, and weak. However, they are still stubborn and prone to hold many grudges. Inside, though, Kii holds very sad and complex emotions within, that they refuse to show to anyone. A Demon should never hold such feelings like a human. In truth, there is still apart of themselves that's very much human... HISTORY Nanaki, or Ajax Lei, was a girl with big dreams despite her family living a poor life. She and her family did their best to make ends meet, but Lei was wanting to go to school. The little girl had a knack for math and logic, and especially wanted to be a scientist that could renew energy. In that way, she also wanted to find a way to distribute that energy and food to the poor in an easy and manageable way...especially for her family’s sakes. Once she got older, and her parents heard more about her dream, they decided to put all of their funds to her. It was a blessing, and so to help out she worked at a job with them. Throughout her time working, while she held onto a happy face and a great smile, she was often mocked for it. Bullied, mocked, harassed, everything...and there was no justice to be done because she was poor. But, Lei got by and still had her strength and composure to still be “happy” on the inside and pushing her negative emotions on the inside. Once she was older, and got the funds for school, Lei finally went and spent a great 6 years. Four years at a high school and two at a community college where she developed her math skills. She was at the top of each of her math classes, and she and her family could not have been more proud of her. Here Lei was accomplishing things and achieving her dream! Above all, it took Lei one step closer to helping others like her parents. Enering her third year in college, things changed for the worst. Her parents were fired from their jobs, and they needed heavy assistance. Lei was conflicted. Should she continue school? Or quit and work in helping her parents? Before that, she tried to call for help from the community and the people...but no one was going to help. No one would be there for her parents. Horrified byt his, Lei gave up, quit school, and took on two jobs. From there her life gradually fell when her mother fell deathly ill. Even when trying to cover the medical bills to help, the doctors weren’t giving her the treatment she deserved. Illness, theft, hunger, and thirst went on for years, plucking off her mother, and soon her father until Lei was left to her own devices. Their lives were gone, and yet what remained was the hopeful smile on the red-headed’s face. Intrigued by this, a demon approached her and asked why she was always smiling. Lei, haven’t spoken in so long, answered slowly that it was the only thing she had left. The demon, knowing she was lying challenged her saying that wasn’t the case. The smile that she wore was fake and the only thing behind it was hatred, and all of the negative emotions that were bottled up. They knew..and immediately when it was brought to the girl’s attention, she started to laugh. Laughed so hard at the demon that she stood up on her thin legs. Lei laughed, but through it, she was crying and explaining that all she had done for this world was for the good of people. But it backfired because of people. Because of PeOPLE. Hearing this in amusement, the dark being offered her a chance to make a life of herself by giving him her soul. There, she would be given a second chance at life and what she wanted to do. He expected hesitance, however was surprised to hear that Lei accepted immediately. Offering her soul to him, the demon devoured it and chuckled saying that was a big mistake to trust anyone for a second chance. Especially a demon! After those words, the creature seemed to have screamed out and disintegrated from eating her soul. It was dark, no long pure, and was only filled with hatred. Lei collapsed where she stood, but the soul that was still present, formed into a powerful creature that was swallowed up by her hatred. Ajax Lei was no more. Now there was only room for Nanaki, a demon formed from the darkness of one who had all the hope and happiness..but died because of it. Now Nanaki was only left, the other side, and the one that was not going to let humans be happy. She was going to devote her life to making everyone suffer. Years came and went, and eventually Kii found that a shadow had been following her. Curious, she confronted the being and asked why it was following her to the ends of this planet. To which the being replied that it was curious how a lone soul could have become such a demon such as Kii. They were interested in the girl, and yet...their voice was filled with slight sadness and pity for the creature. Before Kii could say a thing, the shadow offered the girl a second chance, in exchange for immortality. A second chance, in that they could prove themselves to improve and find themselves..find Lei within them. This was a joke. After all, Nanaki was perfectly fine the way they were but she realized that this thing was not just a Shadow, but was the being of all Matter. They had power, and the only way to get it was to promise them that. Easy! Kii agreed at once and the both of them shook on it. What she didn’t expect was that along with immortality, she would be able to share part of their powers. Kii had the power to travel dimensions, worlds, universes! Oh how clever she was to trick THE Being of Matter into something like this! She was so clever. From then on, she spread her hatred to more places. More people to torment and torture...and creatures as well. Such is the life of a Demon of Hatred. . POWERS As a Demon of Hatred, they feed on the Hatred and Negative Emotions of others. They love making the chaos bloom, and can do so easily. Because they are apart of Cronus, though, they can also travel from place to place, dimension to dimension by creating portals. They can shapeshift at will, especially to ensue fear and violence. Physically, though, Kii is not very powerful, in fact when facing against someone who has a strong positive personality, or is filled with love, Nanaki definitely struggles. When someone is able to "kill" Kii (which can be easy), they only come back stronger. They are near impossible to kill completely. The more hatred that they cause and take from others, the more powerful Kii can become as a shapeshifter, the more they can take on the abilities of the creatures they take. For instance, if they take the appearance of a dragon, they would have the breathe of a dragon, or the magic of an elemental, or the sheer strength of a chimera.
